In search of answers, I left my job and, through a friend, stumbled upon the teachings of Taoism and Master Yunshen at BAOPO Temple. It was there, under the tranquil guidance of Master Yunshen, that I began a profound journey of self-discovery, delving into the depths of Taoist philosophy, magic, meditation, and Tai Chi.

A New Understanding

From Master Yunshen, I learned that the world’s energy impacts our life deeply. It’s not about the things we own but finding peace and joy inside us. This idea became a big part of my spiritual journey, taking me to a place of calm and helping me see my real purpose.

He is a distinguished lecturer at the Chinese Taoist Academy and an esteemed member of both the National Religious Culture Federation’s Feng Shui Research Society and the Chinese Taoist Magic Association, embodying the essence of Daoist teachings.

His journey into the Dao began when he was taken in by BoPo Temple after being orphaned. Over fifty years, he has mastered an array of Daoist heart methods and secrets.

Abbot Bujie’s entry into Buddhism is a tale of serendipity mixed with destiny. Originally a scholar of ancient Chinese literature, his life took a spiritual turn following a chance encounter with a wandering monk under the ancient Ginkgo trees of his hometown. This meeting, filled with profound discussions on the nature of suffering and the path to liberation, inspired him to renounce his secular life and embrace the monastic life.
